I prefer to send your purchases by Special Delivery which, whilst more expensive, does provide insurance in case of loss or theft.

 

Other delivery options can be available but are 100% at the Client's own risk. 

Jewellery will always be sent by Special Delivery as per the Post Offices rules.

1st Class Royal Mail (Uninsured)
- For cards and ring sizers ONLY. Delivery around 5 business days.

UK Royal Mail Tracked(low compensation)
- Recommended for prints,mugs, and coasters. Delivery is around 3 business days.

Parcelforce

- Recommended for large framed pprints

 

Special Delivery Royal Mail (Insured)
- Recommended for all Jewellery and Framed Prints. Delivery usually next working day by 1pm., excluding weekends. This is the only guarunteed delivery service.
 

International - I am sorry but we do not deliver internationally at this time.

 

 

How do we calculate our postage costs?

Postage charges will vary depending on the weight and value of your goods. Our online shopping basket clearly displays the relevant postage options and costs for your current basket.

Postage costs change regularly and on line systems make it complicated to apply!!

If you feel the charge on your basket does'nt make sense, please get in contact and I will see what I can do.

Is FREE collection available?
 

Yes, I am very happy for you to collect your purchase from my workshop in the Chiltern Hills. Just select Free Collection from the delivery options and I will contact you by email to arrange a suitable date and time.

Collection is also available from Chesham Moor Pool for Chesham Moor Prints/Cards/Framed Prints/Mugs/Coasters ONLY. I will contact you by email to arrange a suitable date.
